I had Matt come and help me with the Internet as it’s so slow, Matt troubleshoot everything then contacted the supplier who’s now fixing our issues, when we contacted all they wanted us to do was upgrade. Matt also helped me activate and upload all information to my new iPhone. I would definitely recommend Matt’s PC to everyone.

He arrived very promptly and it did not take him long to determine what the problem was. He ordered the part and installed it as soon as it arrived. Our computer is now working perfectly. I was introduced to Matt by a friend, and I will be forever grateful to her.
I contacted Matt, and in no time he traveled to my home and we discussed my needs. He carefully ascertained the best option for me in regards to weight and screen size. I was traveling with this computer and it needed to be carried, so weight was a big consideration.  With his expertise, and his careful research,  my new laptop was delivered.  He found the perfect one for me in a Dell laptop.
Matt then set to work installing what was needed for me to use it easily and effectively.
Matt then traveled once again to my home. He sat with me, explaining everything patiently, until I was confident in using my new computer. I was very excited, and felt quite empowered :)
Matt is a gentle, kind, caring, and compassionate man, with endless patience. He continues to make himself readily available to me, and I appreciate  that assistance very much, as I am now residing for a time in New Zealand. I am thoroughly enjoying my laptop, and his continuing communication with me at a distance,  has allowed me to feel confident, being completely connected to family and friends.

While I've been using computers in various capacities over the years, I've also known that there's an awful lot more that I could know that would be of benefit to me - if only I knew where to start!
I contacted Matt and organised an appointment - he came to see me the same day - and on a Saturday! Talk about prompt service....
Matthew could see how nervous I was - I even had trouble explaining just what it was that I was trying to master. He very quickly settled me down. His calm , friendly attitude is very reassuring. As he pointed out to me, I didn't need to be "taught" what to do, just to be shown "how" to go about it. When I started to get a bit rattled, he told me to have a cold glass of water nearby to calmly sip - which was a great distraction when I needed it. As we went through what I was doing, Matt ensured that I made notes along the way - and also ensured that those notes made sense!
I can now complete what I was needing to get done without previously having any idea of where to start.
I would recommend Matt to everyone who needs either a little, or a lot, of help in achieving the outcome they want.

We had issues with our internet speed and wanted a move to NBN from ADSL. Matthew checked speed on all our devices, explained options, called Telstra for us and we are having a Telstra technician coming to check connection lines within the next few days. We would recommend Matthew to anyone that would like an interface between providers and customers.

All work is conducted during our standard operating hours (9:00am – 5:00pm | Mon – Fri). We strive to assist you as promptly as possible, and upon initial contact, we will provide an estimated timeframe and cost for the required services.

Emergency Hourly Rate:

$250 (inc. GST)

In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to assist you, including on weekends when possible. During our first communication, we will provide an initial diagnosis, along with an estimated timeframe and fees.
