I have been using Matt’s PC Help for a number of months, and these months have been the happiest of my life! No more lying awake at 3am stressing about ALL the things I can’t do on my computer and despairing of ever being able to use it confidently. I can’t recommend Matthew enough. He managed to recover photos off 3 of my old mobile phones, one of which I thought was beyond recovering. I take my mobile everywhere with me, camera not so much. So my life was on those phones. Pictures of my girls at birth, spur of the moment happiness etc. Irreplaceable and priceless memories saved. I was honestly unaware of this being an option til Matt said “I can do that”. I’m sure there are many mothers who are in the same boat as me and don’t know who to turn to. Spread the word. I have found Matt Yeo to be a wonderful help in solving computer problems and with the purchase of a new printer. He is always prompt and finds nothing too small to be concerned about – even helping me leave a message on my home phone! His manner is businesslike, but personable – and he removes his shoes at the front door! So Grateful Matt. I was introduced to Matt by a friend, and I will be forever grateful to her. I contacted Matt, and in no time he travelled to my home and we discussed my needs. He carefully ascertained the best option for me in regards to weight and screen size. I was travelling with this computer and it needed to be carried, so weight was a big consideration. With his expertise, and his careful research, my new laptop was delivered. He found the perfect one for me in a Dell laptop. On retirement as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Wollongong I have joined a number of boards. Given that most modern communications are conducted over the internet there has been a necessary reskilling of myself to deal with the business of the various boards. This was proving very difficult for me until I took lessons on the optimal use of my iPad,iPhone and Microsoft Word. I had heard that Matthew Yeo had established a business including teaching elderly people like myself to acquire those skills. I had met Matthew through his father and common friends and knew him to be honest, trustworthy and respectful of people. I have since had a number of lessons from Matthew and my skills have improved significantly. Ipad and Iphone help!

Matthew’s patience and teaching skills have enabled me to use my iPhone and iPad in multiple ways rather than just a phone and camera. Now I can carry wherever I go and in one hand-a library, GPS, diary, note book, send and accept emails, the daily news, TV and movie guide and watch movies, to name just a few.

I contacted Matthew Yeo, as he had set up my new computer when I purchased it about 18 months ago, and he was extremely helpful & patient at that time. Allowing Matthew remote control of my computer, he completed a clean up/tune-up of my laptop and upon his suggestion, also installed a newer, better security program. Matthew spent quite some time fixing the problems I was having, and at all times, was very professional & patient. I would have no problem in recommending Matthew to work on any computer. I was more than satisfied with the work he did, and I was able to contact him again, regarding a further glitch with my internet connection & he was able to provide me with assistance and advice at no extra cost. Matthew is very knowledgable and thorough, and I have complete trust in him, if I should require assistance at any time, even tho, I live in a different State. His fees are very fair and his follow up service is to be commended.

Knowledgable and thorough technician

Matthew is such a polite, knowledgable and thorough technician. We had some tedious issues with our internet speed and wanted a move to NBN from ADSL. Matthew checked speed on all our devices, explained our options, even contacted Telstra for us and they organised a Telstra technician to come out and check connection lines a few days later. We would recommend Matthew to all that would like an interface between providers and customers.
